Pokal Final 2026

Fabifa has been collaborating with the German Football Association (DFB) for several years, creating large murals for the VIP section at the DFB-Pokal finals. This ongoing partnership, which began three years ago, allows Fabifa full creative freedom to design a 6×3 meter wall reflecting the themes of the competing teams. Each year’s mural not only highlights the rivalry and excitement of the DFB-Pokal final but also showcases Fabifa’s ability to blend sports and art seamlessly. This collaboration is a testament to the power of creativity in capturing the essence of competition and the spirit of the game.

For the 2026 DFB-Pokal Final, Fabifa reimagined the decisive match between FC Bayern München and VfB Stuttgart as a dramatic superhero confrontation. The artwork places the DFB-Pokal trophy at the center, turning it into the focal point of a high-energy battle between two football giants.

On the Bayern side, Harry Kane appears as a powerful airborne hero, bursting forward with unstoppable force. His dynamic pose reflects Bayern’s attacking dominance and their determination to reclaim the trophy.

Facing him is Deniz Undav of VfB Stuttgart, portrayed as a fearless guardian figure racing toward the cup. His character embodies Stuttgart’s fighting spirit and determination to challenge one of Germany’s most successful clubs on football’s biggest domestic cup stage.

Radiating lines, bold outlines, and contrasting team colors create a sense of movement and tension, while the illuminated trophy symbolizes the shared objective that drives both players forward. By blending football with the visual language of comic books, the mural transforms the 2026 final into an epic duel of ambition, strength, and competitive spirit.

Pokal Final 2025

In the 2025 DFB-Pokal Final, VfB Stuttgart faced Arminia Bielefeld at Berlin’s Olympiastadion. The mural celebrates the clash between the two finalists by portraying one key player from each team as a comic-book superhero racing toward the DFB-Pokal trophy at the center.

Representing Arminia Bielefeld, Marius Wörl is depicted as a masked superhero with a flowing cape, symbolizing courage, determination, and the club’s remarkable underdog journey to the final from the 3. Liga.

Representing VfB Stuttgart, Nick Woltemade is illustrated as a powerful flying superhero, charging toward the trophy with dynamic energy that reflects Stuttgart’s attacking strength and their successful pursuit of the cup.

The glowing DFB-Pokal trophy placed between the two figures represents the ultimate goal, while the blue and red speed lines emphasize the intensity of the final showdown. The composition transforms one of German football’s biggest matches into a superhero duel, highlighting the passion, ambition, and drama of the 2025 DFB-Pokal Final.

Pokal Final 2024

In 2024, Bayer Leverkusen faced 1. FC Kaiserslautern in the final. Fabifa depicted the players in full-length, dynamic poses as superheroes inspired by the teams’ mascots and symbols. From Bayer Leverkusen, Florian Wirtz was illustrated as a lion-man, representing the team’s symbol, a lion. From 1. FC Kaiserslautern, Ragnar Ache was portrayed as a flying devil, reflecting the team’s devil symbol.

Pokal Final 2023

For the 2023 final between Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig, Fabifa continued with the superhero theme. She illustrated the players in full-length, dynamic flying poses inspired by superhero characters, using the teams’ colors of red, white, and black.

The player on the left, in a black and white suit with red accents, represents Eintracht Frankfurt. His name is Randal Kolo Muani.

The player on the right, in a red and white suit, represents RB Leipzig. His name is Christopher Nkunku.

This mural highlighted the strength and determination of the players, adding a dramatic flair to the VIP section.

The central element of the mural was the cup they were vying for, emphasizing the high stakes of the competition.
