In 2022 in a collaboration with the brand IQOS, Fabifa undertook an ambitious project to create tape art installations on the windows and facades of 13 different stores. This project required Fabifa to wear multiple hats, combining her skills as an artist with the responsibilities of a project manager. This multifaceted role allowed her to delve into new experiences and challenges, particularly in experimenting with new materials and design techniques suitable for large-scale installations.

The installations themselves feature striking portraits and abstract designs, characterized by dynamic lines and vibrant colors. These elements align with the innovative image of the IQOS brand while also highlighting one of Fabifa’s central themes: diversity. Each piece reflects a celebration of human connection and individuality, themes that resonate deeply with Fabifa’s artistic vision.

A notable highlight of this collaboration was the large facade in Frankfurt, which presented a unique challenge for Fabifa. The use of new materials on the extensive stone and glass surfaces required innovative techniques and careful execution. This project not only pushed the boundaries of her artistic practice but also showcased her ability to adapt to different environments and materials.

Fabifa personally completed the tape art for five stores. To bring diversity and additional creativity to the project, she invited two other tape art artists (Felix Rodewaldt, Tape Over) to participate in the remaining stores. The project organization and support were provided by Game Over, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results across all locations.

Through this collaboration, Fabifa was able to push the boundaries of her artistic practice, integrating the commercial and artistic worlds in a seamless manner.
